Although I wanted to find the positives in this salon, I am quite disappointed with their services. I have had gel nails done here at least 8 times and only liked the shape and quality once. The nail shape is always crooked, the gel or colour never lays properly rather with gaps or dents. The prices are increasing without justification. My skin and cuticles have been cut a few times here as well. They are not as professional in their service. It seems like they gossip about you in Vietnamese. I will not be coming back.
Called beforehand to ask the price of chrome, they said I also needed to do shellac with chrome(which I didn’t originally want but agreed to for the chrome). They said the price for both would be $15, I clarified this twice. Got a mediocre pedicure with my boyfriend, 2 minute massage, wouldn’t let my boyfriend use the massage chair and didn’t properly remove my previous polish and then charged $15 each for the chrome and shellac. Best nails salon on in Woodbridge! Love
Sooo I don’t usually give kudos on Google Reviews unless I am very happy. For me, mani/pedis are usually the same everywhere. For the past year I have been going to Queen Nail Bar. Hannah and Jenny have been doing my mani/pedis for a while now and I couldn’t be happier. They also got me outside of my comfort zone with colors and the shape of nail… which looks definitely better then what I had before. Kudos guys!
