Came in to get a color change on my nails and I had builder gel underneath, the lady doing my nails completely shaved off all the builder gel on my cuticle messing up my nails. I asked her to fix it and she charged me for a fill. I talked to the owner and explained my situation, she told me that I should've communicated that I only wanted a color change when I specifically told the nail tech AND the OWNER when I checked in for the service. my experience was bad first a day later my nails ripped off my pinky one I went that same day after that day I went back to get my nails redone the next day it fell off and it’s been a week and all of my nails are off bad service and when I got my toes done they were trying to use tools they used on a lady that had bad wounds and big affected cuts. Do not recommend

I am very disappointed; I’ve been coming here for a long time, but lately, they’ve been rushing and doing very poor, hasty work. I decided to come in today to have the polish removed from my hands and feet. I told the guy at the front desk that the young woman who had done my nails previously had left some gel polish on them; I tried to explain this to the technician, but she didn't understand me. The guy at the front desk didn't care and just gave me the total—$70. I’m not coming here anymore.
