Had an appointment to get my nails done at 2:30pm. Beautiful set however as soon as I walk out the door and get home two hours later a nail pop off. Brand new fresh set immediately after the nail already had came off. I called the shop to see if there’s any compensation can be done and the manager told me no which is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. Too pricey, bad customer service from the nail tech doing my daughter’s nails. He was rude, we asked for certain colors but instead he did what he wanted not what was asked for.
I had a disappointing experience here. The pedicure was rushed and finished in just 15 minutes—it was not done properly at all. I also got cat eye nails, but the work was completely unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend this place for nail services.
