Do not come here for acrylics. Idk if they use old techniques and can’t keep up with today’s trends, but my experience was awful. I had to change what I wanted twice because they couldn’t do it. (Which is okay) but once I chose a simple look, even the application of the nails was awful. Some were crooked, bumpy, etc. I would point out what I didn’t like and they would disagree with what I had to say and continue. I got so upset I had to get up and leave before they even finished.

I have been going to Queen Nails for a few years and have had a wonderful experience each time. Angel does a super job! The service is outstanding and my pedicures, manicures and brows have always looked great. There is easy access to the shop and always plenty of parking. The atmosphere is relaxing, the shop is clean and the pedicure chairs are large and very comfortable. I highly recommend this business.

This was an adequate experience. I would say I got treated better than those customers before me. The owner was doing a lady's nails as I walked in and he stopped, at least 3-4 times with her nails to answer phones/handle walk ins/etc. I only had to wait about 15-20 minutes to get a walk-in spot (not bad), but they turned a lot of business away. HORRIBLE!! It deserves NEGATIVE STAR(s)!! I will NEVER go back. The owner Lin did my nails and they were awful!! I said i didn't like them all he kept saying was why they look good ummm no they sure don't he kept arguing with me. Then he wouldn't even put another set on. He kept saying he didn't have time. So instead of having a repeat customer he would rather just have random walk-ins. Pedicures arent that great either. I will NEVER recommend or go back to this place!!

Doesn't even rate ONE star!! TERRIBLE service and performance!! Twice I've had my polish from my pedi come off BEFOrE I got home!! Went back to get a refund- even offered to BUY a bottle of polish after the refund or asked for the bottle FREE- was laughed at by the owner! So I told him I either get satisfaction or I leave and tell EVERYONE I know about the TERRIBLE job they do! Guess they would rather lose clients!!

Fantastic job. If you used angel at the salon in the mall or #4 at the salon in walmart, both are working here now! Brand new chairs! Awesome job! Check them out, you won't regret it!
