I did not want to write this review. Everyone there has been really nice. But. I have been to this nail salon 5 or 6 times and every single time, within a week, one of the nails pop off. Today is July 26th, I went in and got a fill in and gel polish on July 20th. Six days. I have been getting my nails done since I was about 15/16. I am 41 years old. Too bad I can’t rate zero stars. Unprofessional, incapable and undeserving of OUR dollars! Now, I see why they are never busy.
Terrible customer service… extremely rude and unprofessional.
I’ve started going here about 3 months ago and I go every 2-3 weeks. I usually find a style I like and they have no problem doing it no matter how much detail is in the design.
This salon is a great hidden gem right off ridge road. I absolutely love this salon😍 I have been coming here regularly for 3 years now. I always get a fill and pedicure. The gentleman by the front desk is the owner and an AMAZING artist. He always impresses me with any idea I have. The pedicures are amazing as well! I always get a no chip and either a lavender or lemon deluxe pedicure which is $65. They really take their time and massage and exfoliate your skin. I never have any complaints.
