Ive been going to this salon for a year now , they used to be good & professional, but recently every time i go they try to add up to the price & if you ask a question, Long will come & attack you with rudeness. Plus they are so unprofessional lately , they look at clients & start talking & laughing loudly in their language as if the client is an idiot. Worst customer service.
I used to come here every two weeks, they are really nice people however the quality of the products have decreased over time, i got a Shellac Manicure and it only lasted TWO days, it was rushed and not done properly and my nails are not even! the colour was on my cuticles which caused it to lift and chip off, a regular polish would of lasted longer, but if I'm paying for Shellac then it should last AT LEAST over a week, if i am paying for a service then it shouldn't be rushed due to over booking, time needs to be booked acc... read more
My nail tech was incredibly detailed and gentle, and my nails turned out exactly how I wanted. He took his time without rushing, and I felt so relaxed the entire appointment. Highly recommend if you’re looking for quality work, a good atmosphere, and professional service. I’ll definitely be coming back!
Dirty, unprofessional, and poor quality products and services. Always having to fix broken nails, it's not worth going to, especially for what they're price gauging you for. Please don't waste your time or money here.
I’ve been seeing Kim for 4 years, and she’s truly the best! Her work is always flawless, creative, and long-lasting. She’s professional, detail-oriented, and makes every appointment a great experience. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my nails — highly recommend!
