Absolutely horrible they deserve no stars! They can't even communicate with you cause they don't no English then get mad when u try to explain what u want an they can't do it!some of my nails were different lengths an sizes then to top it off she put 4 coats of Polish plus 2 clear coats! I will never go to that place again.

Very big selection,, I think It has the best prices in lake forest ca ,,,, the best costumer service,,,, very friendly and respectable employees,,, I recommend village wine and spirits to everybody
Her suggestions are on the mark. She listens. She modifies the design to include considerations of the drape, stretch, purpose, your body proportions, multiple uses...she makes it look great! Very thoughtful and accommodating. Decent prices for quality work. Just seeing her loft is an amazing treat - its like being in a candy store. My sisters and I keep going back to her -- even after I moved away. She is capable of implementing your dreams - even better than you imagined yourself.

I went in this shop on a Sat without an appt. so I knew I was going to wait. So i sat and waited for about 35 min 25 min into my wait a regular came in and ten min later she was being taken care of... of course i left and will never return
I stopped going here because it got too dirty. Vince is the nicest guy, but his staff are too fast and careless and again, it was getting so dirty!
I LOVE Queen Nails! They take their time and do a wonderful job. Don't think twice about going here : )
