I got started with a guy i’ve never had do my nails and he wasn’t very nice 😐 but then I got switched to Mike (who normally does my nails) and he is awesome he does a great job always does exactly what you want ! The blue ones are mine and the red ones were my reference photo to what I wanted !! Go to Queen Nails and ask for Mike to do your nails he’s truly the best!

Appt time was 12:45. Called the morning of and confirmed said appt as I had another appt scheduled for 2:30 (should have been more than enough time!) sat and waited until 1:30 before I finally walked out due too the service.

Clean and nice customer service. When I asked the provider to change his foot massage technique to concentrate on a certain area with more pressure he did and did a great job. Giving 3 stars due to a staff member napping in the corner and the $20 upcharge for gel polish.

My wife is 39 weeks pregnant and went in to get a pedicure to treat herself (and potentially induce labor). The tech was very rough and in a hurry. He cut her 3 times. She asked him to stop because he was hurting her and he continued to be rough and rushing through buffing her nails. When he put the towel on her feet he asked if it was too hot and she said “yes” and he just nodded and left it on her skin.
