I normally don’t like leaving negative reviews, but my experience at Queen’s Nails was honestly very disappointing. I was serviced by Lynn, and the pedicure felt extremely rushed from beginning to end. The water was cold, which immediately made the experience uncomfortable. The massage chair was also moving closer and closer toward the table while she was working, and she didn’t seem to notice because she was rushing through the service. This is by far the worst nail shop i have ever been to 47 bucks for them to look like this then she kept hurting me with drill an at home nail tech is way better then this over priced stuff

Went in on a slow Monday, the only customer. Brought my own polish *the tech felt a way about that* ..she starts my nails put the tips on, A couple comes in as a walk-in they want mani/pedi. the tech runs to the door greets them, asks what they need then comes back to the booth where I am and tell me to moves me to the other booth to “wait for a man tech” (her words).
