Will never be back. Very disappointed in the customer service and service in general. Waited over an hour after appointment time, was not talked to once. They did my pedicure and I asked for white normal nail polish with a little red heart on my big toe, the heart looked like it was done by a 4 year old and the nail polish started to chip and smug after an hour of getting them done. Absolutely the worst experience … Waited over 1 hr past my appointment time for a pedicure, once finished I waited for the polish to dry another 15 mins, the lady who did my pedicure came over and physically touched my toes and ensured me they were dry and I could leave. About 10 mins later I took my shoes off to find the polish had completely smeared. I went back to the salon only for Amanda to say it was my fault that they had smeared and I should’ve waited longer for them to dry..meanwhile I was given the go ahead to leav... read more

I had to wait for more than 1 hour than my given time. And if they are overbooked, say no to new customers before they enter the room. I made an appointment before coming and there were 2 more people waiting. The lady was rude and unapologetic. Literally said, “if you have time stay, else leave.” SERIOUSLY? Do not take bookings or appointments if you are overworked! Simple rule of business.
