Manicurist was way off on french tip alignment. Made them too short. Regret not asking her to make them bigger to match my real nails. She was also taking personal phone calls during my appointment. Otherwise decent job.
This place is great!! Super clean, and a fantastic assortment of colours! We all like lots of colour choices - and they have them! 👍🏼👍🏼. The prices are reasonable and the staff are friendly but not annoying. They just put in a new group of massage chairs - ohhh so nice! They can paint nails fancy, or just plain - love this place. They are very gentle with polish gel removal as well, which is very important to me. Also you can go with a couple of friends and all have them done at same time. Fun ! Best place in Belleville!
I’m very disappointed with my experience. I got acrylic nails done just a week ago, but within days one nail fell off, then another, and a third started cracking. I went back to the salon to show them and get it fixed. First, I had to wait for almost an hour just to be consulted. Then when a staff member finally started working on my nails, another customer walked in and I was asked to move and wait for someone else. That felt very disrespectful of my time.
