Very good experience love the nail color
Was a regular customer there made a 1030am appt for me and gf to get pedicure and manicure owner agreed told me to head over as she could get us both STARTED at 1030 ... we get there at 1020 we watched her start a new lady right before us.. then when I asked if we were still having our 1030 appt that we called and arranged she said yes but only got foot bath abd chair ready .. then she asked my gf to come start feet u spoke up aaid we both had 1p30 appt thats why I called to confirm we could both get done at same time.. she... read more
Manicurist was way off on french tip alignment. Made them too short. Regret not asking her to make them bigger to match my real nails. She was also taking personal phone calls during my appointment. Otherwise decent job.
This place is great!! Super clean, and a fantastic assortment of colours! We all like lots of colour choices - and they have them! 👍🏼👍🏼. The prices are reasonable and the staff are friendly but not annoying. They just put in a new group of massage chairs - ohhh so nice! They can paint nails fancy, or just plain - love this place. They are very gentle with polish gel removal as well, which is very important to me. Also you can go with a couple of friends and all have them done at same time. Fun ! Best place in Belleville!
I’m very disappointed with my experience. I got acrylic nails done just a week ago, but within days one nail fell off, then another, and a third started cracking. I went back to the salon to show them and get it fixed. First, I had to wait for almost an hour just to be consulted. Then when a staff member finally started working on my nails, another customer walked in and I was asked to move and wait for someone else. That felt very disrespectful of my time.
