Horrible experience. Received a full set, from Vivian. Nails were bumpy, uneven, and rough. Vivian applied 3 coats of gel polish, which was even worse.😡 The color was spotty, and looked like the work of a two year old. 🤬 Spoke with Amy, later on the phone about the TERRIBLE job, performed by Vivian. Amy stated, she'd issue a full refund and come back tomorrow. When returning Amy didn't give me a refund, and stated someone else could do my nails. Which is not what was discussed over the phone.
