I enjoyed my overall experience and my quality of nails however the woman who was prepping my nails quite literally took a small chunk of my skin off with the cuticle cutter and the woman who was doing my feet at the time tried her best to clean it repeatedly but she didnt seem to understand it wasnt going to stop being red because the skin was literally missing. Extremely rude and unprofessional behavior from the owner. I’ve been a longtime customer and came in for a service, but needed to quickly use the restroom beforehand. While I was inside, the owner started aggressively banging on the door and yelling that it’s not a public restroom. This was loud, hostile, and done in front of other customers, completely humiliating and unnecessary. If this is how paying, returning customers are treated, I will not be coming back. I’ve been going here for 3 years. I usually go to Mary and she’s great! I’ve also had other people there do my nails and they are just as good. I won’t go anywhere else!

I’ve been coming here for almost 4 years. Mary is the owner and the sweetest lady ever. They always perfect my nails and provide quality care. I highly recommend coming here. I brought friends and family every time.
