Extremely rude and unprofessional behavior from the owner. I’ve been a longtime customer and came in for a service, but needed to quickly use the restroom beforehand. While I was inside, the owner started aggressively banging on the door and yelling that it’s not a public restroom. This was loud, hostile, and done in front of other customers, completely humiliating and unnecessary. If this is how paying, returning customers are treated, I will not be coming back. I’ve been going here for 3 years. I usually go to Mary and she’s great! I’ve also had other people there do my nails and they are just as good. I won’t go anywhere else!
I’ve been coming here for almost 4 years. Mary is the owner and the sweetest lady ever. They always perfect my nails and provide quality care. I highly recommend coming here. I brought friends and family every time.
I have been coming here for the past three years and have never been disappointed. Mary always make sure her customers are happy and everybody here is so kind. If you live in this area, I highly recommend you come here.
