This place deserves ZERO stars. DO NOT BOOK with Queen Nails. I did a walk in a few days ago and was needing a fill in plus 3 nails added..Had a female work on my hands. She was nice and very respectful. Due to my last minute rushing around i explained that I did not like my nails but I would pay the $47 discussed between me and the lady who did my nails. They lied to me at first, then waited until they already drilled of my nails to tell me then didn’t offer the product I asked for. Paid $40 just to have to get my nails done properly at a different salon.

I went on Saturday to get a fill-in and color change and took my 4-year-old granddaughter to get her nails and toenails painted. There were two gentlemen working, and they were both very nice. We were there for about 45 minutes, and they used gel polish on both of us. Unfortunately, before we even made it home, one of my granddaughter’s nails had already peeled, and by the next morning, all of her polish was completely off. I HAVE NEVER IN MY LIFE HAD GEL NAIL POLISH FALL OFF MY NAILS? It’s not even been a week yet and the polish has literally fallen off $55 DOLLARS FOR THIS CRAP!!! He lightly layered them and he literally flew thru the process why are these people even still open!!! I just moved here and I will never go back to this salon!
