Went in for just a basic manicure with clear polish (my nails were already in great shape - really just needed to change polish). Left with crooked nails with snags (even after I asked them to be fixed), and bubbles in the polish. A couple cuticles were cut too short and are very sore. The people were nice, but the place was dirty. I won't be going back.
