Very nice people so I hate leaving a bad review. Just not very good at nails. I got a pedicure so can’t say for hands. Cut my nails too short and they hurt, my toes have been bright red and burning and the paint is chunky. Also pretty expensive for a basic pedicure compared to other nail salons and especially for the quality of work.

I have been out of town for several months just getting my nails done when and where ever I could. I finally got home and thought I could get back to queen nail and get a good set of nails. But I was just as disappointed. I said I want clear nails and for for some reason he put pink acrylic on. The same ugly pink that I walked in with. I read the reviews, but thought I’d give them the benefit of doubt. Well it didn’t go well, I should have gone elsewhere. Lesson learned

The pic speaks for itself. The guy cut me on Saturday, its Thursday and not getting any better! The tools used were dirty The guy was brutal to my cuticles by digging and scraping with his nails. The shape is no where near what I asked for. I just wanted to leave so fast! Ill never be back!

Facility was not sanitary and tools used were not clean. The end product was mediocre at best. My nails began the chip with 24 hours. I questioned the technique that was employed the technician did not apply the heating lamp phase which no doubt contributed to the chipping and breaking.
