I liked coming here for my nails but after my recent visit I will never be coming back. I asked for UV Gel acrylics; one hand the tech used the UV gel extensions then regular acrylic extensions on the other hand.. she said it was the same thing. The nails were glued to my skin, I have cuts on all of my fingers from her prepping me as well. I recently went in for a manicure and pedicure and left a very good tip, with no thank you. During the service, one of my nails was painted unevenly and very thick. I politely requested that it be corrected. The technician appeared visibly frustrated and responded in a manner that felt dismissive and angry abrudpty questioning my inquiry and stomping her foot hastily to get up. I will Not be coming again. wish she pushed my cuticles back and cleaned up my fingers before doing my nails. didnt feel like clean nails, and after one week already they have grown out. Did a beautiful job.

Went there because it said they allowed walks-ins, no one was in the reception desk and we waited about 30mins and no one walked up to us to ask what we wanted or to add us in a waiting spot. A woman came in and as soon as she did, one of the nail techs (?) walked up to her and ushered her in and ignored us. My sister and I walked out on the spot. Disappointed in this service
