Went to this nail salon for a cut down and a fill in.. my own nails were extremely long.. Hannah was my nail tech.. my middle finger was lifting she told me that she would have to remove the acrylic next thing I know she cut my nail which wasn’t a problem because I wanted a cutdown.. but to take a plastic nail out her drawer to lift the remainder of the acrylic off and tear my REAL NAIL just to put a FAKE NAIL on was diabolical.. TF you guys don’t soak off nails anymore?? Pissed me off never returning..
