I had a very disappointing experience at this nail salon. I had an appointment, but I still waited over 30 minutes before anyone acknowledged me. The technician seemed rushed and barely spoke to me throughout the service. My cuticles were cut too aggressively, and one of my fingers was left bleeding. The polish was applied unevenly, with streaks and bubbles, and it started chipping just two days later. I got one charm on each hand one came off the day of.
