Avoid this place at all costs. At least for hair and makeup, as they don’t know what they’re doing. I went here for a bridal consultation (listed online for $80), the stylist was on her phone the whole time (literally talking on the phone with her phone company), did an amateur job, at best, and then charged more than double ($192). Doesn’t make any sense as day-of makeup for the wedding would have only been $220 so why would you spend almost as much on just the consultation... ridiculous. I got scammed. My mom and I came to get a little ladies day off . We both got massages by Frank, Lana the manager offered to let us soak in a warm bath while each of us received our service! Perfect mother daughter date ! ��� Frank was OUTSTANDING at getting my knots out with his special technique, I do hair and I've never felt the relief like I did with this massage. Thanks a bunch Queen Mary Spa and Salon!
Lana and Alisha are wonderful. They helped make turning 12 years old the best spa day ever!!
My brothers wedding was last Friday and let me tell you !! The girls were awesome they did five bridesmaid hairs and makeup to some of the guests and hair ... Including my mom's she looked stunning thank you for making the day special and memorable they were quick but well done job!! Thanks girls !!!!
The hairstylist/make up artist wasn't really experienced working with other ethnic type of hair (bride & myself) although she said she did and did a horrible job but it was too late because the wedding was literally in few minutes after she double/tripled booked herself. I had to coach her on how to do my hair so mine wouldn't look like the brides & our make up was nothing special, we "unlicensed" gals could've done a better job + she took it upon herself to add the tip lol...
