RecommendedSecond booking for my mom, this mothers day I was expecting the same service for her and we definitely did not receive the same standard of service as last time. Being that the spa packages itself are priced highly, we expect high standard of service, they lacked that completely. Truly needs improvements in timing, and finding ways of taking care of their customer, the massage itself was ok, not the best for the price paid. In need of improvements overall.
Lana & Libby we’re AMAZING! I would highly recommend going to either of them for a massage if you’re in the Long Beach area. They’re also both super sweet and very personable.. experts at finding tension and solving it! 10 out of 10 stars! ⭐️

Bad customer service.
I’ve seen there work, and it’s not pretty. How are these people employed to do hair and makeup? Bad business and worse customer service.
Completely double charged for my Fiancé’s bridal consult. Advertised as $80, but charged $80 each for hair and makeup. Makeup was amateurish. Pretty much what you’d expect of an only-game-in-town type business, but very disappointed with their customer service and that the Queen lets them get away with it. Going elsewhere for the day-of makeup.
Horrible customer service! And they do not do hair/makeup very well... we were disappointed by the results and then overcharged and refused refund.
Well, pricing should reflect value. The value I’ve seen coming out of the salon does not reflect the price point. Also, a business should be run with good business practices. That, I’ve seen, has also fallen short. They are manipulative, and disrespectful when their customers are unhappy with the services for which they overpaid.
