The team of Kawai (bell hop), Josh (valet), and Myrna (housekeeping) are unbeatable. All 3 of them have an aloha spirit, competent service, and all around excellent effort that more than makes up for the lacking service from the front desk and standard rooms. Don't miss out on the 2nd floor fitness center, dining table, couches, and large screen tv.

Second hotel in our Honolulu stay - was meant to be a treat finish to our holiday with upgraded accommodation. Our travel agent booked a Studio Ocean View room (we got Room #1017) and we wish they never had. It is a shoe box in size which means that the queen bed is pushed hard up against a wall into a corner plua a fixed couch situated inches from the end of the bed. Amazing experience. The staff helped us in every way we needed. The rooms are very quiet and were always cleaned. The valets were always kind and prompt. When asking questions to the front desk about TLA or anything related, they were very i formative and went out of their way to get the answer. I will return on my way out. 10/10

Great place to stay with friendly staff and a very short walk to the beach. Our room was subject to a bunch of street noise and also from the pool but it wasn’t bothersome enough. I would stay here again.
