​"Let me tell you about a wonderful hotel. This was my first visit to Hawaii, and my husband handled all the trip planning for us. This is truly the best hotel in terms of value, location, and facilities. ​The valet attendants were extremely kind, and the front desk staff was wonderfully welcoming and eager to help. Lovely hotel. Been going for years. Atmosphere is unMATCHED. Incredible staff and incredible location make an incredible vacation. My family and I will be returning again.

I’ve been here twice and unfortunately I will not be coming back again. The first time was decent, this most recent stay was not great. The room we received was on the M floor which i’ve read is the worst floor in the entire hotel. Our room was dirty, and the bathroom was terrible. The shower would either run scorching hot or freezing cold. There were holes in the shower that were poorly patched up or not patched up at all. And the room/hallway smelled. The front desk staff, coffee shop and including cleaning personnel were all very kind and helpful. I liked the Knots Coffee Roasters the iced Longboard latte was super delicious. My child and I had a nice stay overall. I did wish we would have had the street view as I had booked it before we were given an upgrade. Only minor issue was the shower did seem to clog at times if the shower head water was turned on all the way.
