the rudest individuals ever. treated me awfully, blamed me for an appointment misunderstanding on my friends behaves. tried to charge me an extra $30 for the fact that my friend was 15 minutes late (mind you because she got pulled over). then proceeded to continuously come up to me during my appointment and get mad at me. the owner was absolutely horrid and one of the rudest and unempathetic person i have ever met.
Edit- I brought my now 5 year old and they were still amazing but charged me $50 for gel nails- for this reason I would not bring her back with me.. she did get a design but I feel that $50 for a 5 year old is a bit crazy. I have high nail standards and this place exceeded them. I brought my 3 year old in for a manicure while I got a pedicure. They were so sweet and kind to her, even helped her up into the pedicure chair to sit with me after she was done. My pedicure was very enjoyable and ended with a massage. We just moved... read more
Took my daughter and her friend for manicures today. I was not aware of the plan the girls had for their nails. Ryan & Dan rose to the challenge! Everyone was polite, courteous, and happy to give it their best shot. In addition, I’m recovering from wrist surgery. Mandy was super sweet and gentle when working on my left hand. It was a great experience and we will be back 💕
Great experience
First time customer and will be returning! The salon was clean, customer service was very fast and they don’t cut corners! First time since Covid I’ve had a nail salon take care of EVERYTHING like massages, calluses, cuticles etc and staff was friendly
