I've been leaving here for 25 years. I am in need of serious repairs and updates. My rent has increased tremendously yet my apartment is literally falling apart. I love my area and don't want to move but there isn't much I can give a great or good review for. This comment will probably impact negatively on my tenancy, but I pray it doesn't. All I want is for my apartment to be updated and completely repaired. I think after 25 years I would be considered a worthy tenant for a complete overhaul of my apartment.
