I contacted Queen Florist for my wife’s birthday flower arrangement at 10:00 am on May 5th. I got their answering machine which said that they would get back with me in five minutes. In less than five, Christina from Queens was on the phone assisting me with my order. The arrangement was delivered up-town Charlotte that day and my wife was awed! Well done Christina and company….. a job well done. You have all my orders for flowers.
