Matt and Nichole are excellent Nurse Practitioners. It's never difficult to get an appointment and the office staff is awesome too. I highly recommend QC Health Center!
Long wait rude staff no answers this place sucks and is a true representation of modern day healthcare.
It has taken 6 years for me to find a practitioner who cares and is knowledgeable enough to highlight concerns with my medically challenged son's blood results. I have been on the hunt to get to a root cause with why things have been off and the majority of doctors have just shrugged their sholders and poopooed it because the results had been "stable and consistent". The front desk is HORRIBLE. The double bill, you can't ever make an appointment, they give you the run around, say they are going to send you to the medical assistant instead of making an appointment. Then there is a voicemail. The doctors are great, it's those ladies at the front desk, they need to get rid of them. A hot mess.
My husband and I are so fortunate to have discovered this practice when we moved to Queen Creek almost 2 years ago. It is a breath of fresh air! We absolutely adore Nicole and the entire staff of rockstars- Cody, Matt, Cari, Maria- everyone here is not only professional but friendly and highly dependable.
