I really wanted to like this place. The NP Jerry was amazing the first time I took my mom with dementia. We waited in lobby for 30 mins and then waited in the room for 30 minutes plus. Then Jerry came in and was great! So it made the wait worth it. I then scheduled my daughter and sane situation left in lobby for over 30 mins so we walked out. Don’t EVER go to this office!!! Your first visit will be wonderful and you’ll think you finally found a great one…it’s a joke…trust me! I recommended my whole family (9 total-including my elderly parents and my sister and her family), who all had the great first experience, but every visit after the first we all waited at least 45 mins. My experience at Queen Creek Health Center was above and beyond what I was anticipating. I will for sure be going back and the staff was on point.
I don't like blood draws but the Phlebotomist there is great as is everyone in the office.
