Needed a watch fixed and they were so lovely about it! Great customer service, clean, beautiful space. Can’t recommend enough!
QC’s Custom Jewelers did a wonderful job engraving a vintage pocket watch, as well as appraised some repairs for another watch. They were super courteous and kept me up to date on the whereabouts of my pieces and the timeline for pick up. Will definitely come back!
Tim is very helpful and kind! All of his work is beautiful and he helped me with my ring by resizing and welding it together with my wedding band. Highly recommend!
I recently took some family heirloom pieces to Queen City Custom jewelers that are incredibly sentimental to me and over 150+ years old. Tim created earrings for me out of a brooch and also repaired a ring that had a broken band due to being so thin and worn. Tim made sure to explain the best options for me and made sure to stay in my budget which was really appreciated. I look forward to working with Tim again to create some more custom pieces with some of the remaining family pieces I have. Thank yall so much!!
Tim and his team are the best! They have done a few jewelry repairs for me. Their work is exceptional, the cost is transparent and fair, and everything was ready within the agreed upon timeline, if not before. Highly recommend!
