Mice, mice, mice! Wouldn’t recommend, unless you’re fine with having furry guests. The building may look good on the outside but it’s all smoke and mirrors. The apartments themselves look nice but they have a bug and mice problem. Within two weeks of moving in I was seeing mice and cockroaches. Exterminators and maintenance were incompetent, couldn’t fix the issue. New property owners basically slapped lipstick on a pig. Place is a dump. Came to a showing with a friend. Anna showed us a 1 bedroom 1bath and I am loving everything new in the home. Anna is extremely professional and super sweet! Very welcoming and inviting. Great move in special at the moment. Looking forward to my future home.
I’m loving all the changes they are making to the property. It’s becoming a beautiful place. Booker, the property manager is sharp on her game. She’s reliable, very respectful and thoughtfully considerate. In this time of Covid unrest, she is refreshing.
