I bought a Milwaukee power tool bundle from this location in November of 2022, it is now mid February 2023 and I still have not received my 2 free tools. In January I asked the boss Cory about the tools in which he stated it was not his problem that it was on Milwaukee. Being the representative that sold me with this promise I feel they should have made the special effort to investigate for their customers. BEWARE!!!

I have never been happier with a companies customer service and quality products as I am with Queen city win Nelson! They are my go to for any and all Milwaukee products, as well as all my plumbing needs because they HANDS DOWN HAVE THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND VARIETY I’ve ever had if they didn’t have what I needed the figured out who to send me to. They are simply the best!!
