Great Experience! We moved here several years ago and immediately needed to replace a dishwasher while the pandemic was wreaking havoc on supply chains. Horrible customer service, dishonest and shady. I have left a dozen voicemails over 2 weeks and not had one call back let alone any semblance of a resolution offer. If I could give negative stars I would. I have never experienced anything like this. I am not a guy to write reviews or be a high maintenance customer, but this next level failure of a retailer. Purchased Dishwasher online. Received call to coordinate install, which was handled professionally and thoroughly. Install was within time promised, and the guys doing the install handled everything perfectly. Well done!
Emory L. was very helpful and pleasure to deal with. He worked quickly to verify the refrigerator I needed was in stock at the warehouse. So I could get it picked up. No one had a black refrigerator in stock. I would have had to wait a couple of days to a week to get it. First time doing business with Queen City and will definitely be back if I need anything else!
