Queen City was great to work with. We especially had a very good experience with our sales manager Ryan. He was very helpful and pleasant to work. He made our experience buying a new fridge great! The fridge we selected was in stock, available for delivery two days after our purchase and arrived right on schedule. Our hardwood floors did get a little scratched up near the fridge due to the piece of plastic they had slide the old fridge onto. Had a simple question about a kitchen aid built in, some sales lady who’s name started with a K put me on hold for 10 min then eventually hung up. Silly
