I purchased one of the many very poorly "made in China" brands of e-bikes off Amazon for Christmas. I started having issues about a month later. Nick and the guys at Queen City Scooters have always done right by us. We are out of SC, where there aren’t any shops that work on just scooters. We stumbled across QSC earlier last year and were glad we did. If you are looking for a small biz owner that’s honest and fair, Nick is your guy. Even though they’re an hour and a half away, they’re still gonna be my go to for scooter parts, repair and sales.
