I GOT THREE DIFFERNT QUOTES AND QUEEN CITY CAME IN WAY UNDER THE OTHERS. THE ***** IS VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL, AND THEY CAME OUT AND DID THE ESTIMATES ON BOTH HOUSES WE NEEDED DONE ON THE SAME DAY . TWO WEEKS LATER WE HAVE TWO NEW BEAUTIFUL ROOFS. THE ***** WHO DID THE WORK WERE VERY INFORMATIVE WITH ANY QUESTIONS WE HAD AND THEY LET US KNOW WE NEEDED TO REPLACE SOME PLYWOOD BEFORE THEY DID IT. I am very happy with Queen City Roofing. I was working full time so the woman in the office arranged for someone to come out and do the estimate when I wasn't home. By the time I got home, the estimate was in my email. They scheduled me for the following week. They showed up when promised, completed the job and left my yard spotless.
We had a great experience working with Queen City Roofing. They completed our roof in one full day on October 23rd. Their team was very professional and efficient, from putting on our new roof to the clean up at the end. We couldn't ask for a better experience! During the bid process (we got 3 bids) TJ of QCR was very helpful answering all of our questions, and making recommendations. Their bid was very straightforward and reasonable in price.
