Polite and professional!
Beware of this company. They are stalkers at best. We applied for a house, that was pet friendly, only to be turned down because as they said “ your dogs are too big “. We have two Bassett Hounds, best way to say it is they are two dogs long and a half a dog high. 15 inches at the shoulder. Yes they weigh 45-50 pounds but 30 percent of that is in their head alone. This company has managed our house as a rental since 2017 & has taken excellent care of it! They've always stayed in touch about any issues/repairs, get those things fixed in a timely manner, & keep it rented for others to enjoy. I wish we could have trusted our property management in another state as much as we trust this one!
BE WARNED!!!!
I would never rent from them again. I don't even write reviews. But I will take the time to share this to save someone else.
