Stay away! I had canceled a property management agreement after 1 day because they were unbearable to deal with. They told me to pay over $1000 to get it canceled - otherwise would not release me from the contract. All they did is upload photos I provided, said they visited the property (not sure if they actually have), and wrote a description for a listing.
