For a place that advertises being easy and customer friendly, the reality felt uncomfortable and one sided. They offered me $13,000 for my vehicle. I recently took my truck to Queens city motors to sell, after the test drive they said they would have to cut over $5,000 off the price because of a bad turbo. We took the truck to another garage where they informed us nothing was wrong with the turbo and it was in fact about a $200 dollar fix, after simply hooking it up to the computer that every garage uses. $5000 for a $200 dollar fix seems pretty dishonest to me.
So ridiculously quick! We stopped in to sell a vehicle and in what feels like less than half an hour walked out with the whole process finished! Highly recommend!
