The office staff at this location is great. It the only reason I gave 2 stars. Our climate controlled unit’s air has been out for several months. Despite the fact that the owner has been told over and over again by office staff. It is a failure on the owners part and not the office staff. It isn’t right to be paying for climate control and not getting it.
Not worth the hassle!! I vacated my unit in September and called to inform them because there's no office. Left a message with my contact information and to please call me if they require anything further. Called again in October after I received an automated past due payment email. This time I spoke with a representative and he told me he would take care of it and there's nothing more for me to do. Now it's November, received a second past due for two months this time. Unacceptable customer service.
