Queen City Hospice was MIA during my mom’s final days of life at Harrison Trails, when both her and my family needed them the most. My mother struggled hard during her last few hours with no one there from Queen City Hospice to comfort her or our family. They showed up after no one there for four hours as she was struggling to take her last breath. When they promise 24/7 bedside that is a LIE. I can’t stress enough to NOT let them care for anyone you love. Her name was Lois and she deserved so much better. They failed her.

Anna Hader is an incompetent caregiver and lacks accountability. She fails at every level in terms of quality care and lacks integrity. She grossly misrepresents what this company should be offering in service.
