Anna Hader is an incompetent caregiver and lacks accountability. She fails at every level in terms of quality care and lacks integrity. She grossly misrepresents what this company should be offering in service.
I am usually not one to leave reviews, But these people are ridiculously outstanding! My father is not currently dying, but has needed SUPER EXTRA care. Their team between Jessica, Yolander, the Chaplain, Anya and the others I might have met in passing are beyond ridiculously outstanding! All of them in general, but I have to say Yolander is the one I have dealt with the most. That woman is a Miracle! My family lost our Mother in February. I am so grateful for the team at QCH. They were kind and very informative regarding the entire process. My Mother was treated with the utmost respect and had a peaceful passing. I appreciate all the caregivers that spent time with her and our family during this time.
