Unable to get thru the phone to make an appointment even with multiple times I called. Got thru once and was told "can you hold" LOL. Gal was rude also. This was a VA referral. Decided just a hard NO and will self pay with someone that can pick up the phone and as great Audiologists!
I went to this office as I had an emergency situation where I could not hear and could not get an appointment at another provider for several days. They removed my ear wax impaction successfully but the doctor's bedside manner lacked professionalism in putting down other providers. I have insurance but their policy says they know what your insurance will pay before they run the claim and you have to pay before you leave the office. Excellent audiology services from start to finish. Dr. Simone is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and always responsive to messages, which made the entire process smooth and reassuring. Dr. Alvarez took me back right on time for my hearing test, and the entire staff was welcoming and efficient. The level of care and attention to detail truly stood out. Highly recommend to anyone needing hearing care!
