I had an ear infection and was checked in by Anissa and seen by Jordan, PA at QCENT. These two ladies were exceptional. They were incredibly kind, professional and intentional with their care. This practice is fortunate to have these two on their team caring for their patients. They made the entire experience enjoyable! Thank you!

Read review first before you book an appointment. 1. Attitude Issues: It feels like the front desk lady who check me in only care about sitting there doing minimum work to get a paycheck. No enthusiasm and negative energy when I asked where we are in the check in process. If you ask more questions they will ask you a rude question back. 2. I was dismissed as a patient simply because I spoke up. I told Dr Smith that, despite the surgery and being told my breathing was fixed, I still couldn’t breathe properly. Instead of addressing my concerns, he dismissed me from the practice. Great healthcare system in the USA, right?!

Unable to get thru the phone to make an appointment even with multiple times I called. Got thru once and was told "can you hold" LOL. Gal was rude also. This was a VA referral. Decided just a hard NO and will self pay with someone that can pick up the phone and as great Audiologists!
