I am a Veteran, with a hearing disability, and applied to the VA for hearing aids years ago and the VA has been more than excellent to me. But I needed new aids, after moving from Florida to the Charlotte area and after being processed at the VA, I was sent to Queen City Ear Nose and Throat. I had hoped to go to Charlotte Eye Ears Nose and Throat, since my granddaughter, by marriage, is a hearing doctor there and I thought it would be wonderful for her to take care of me. What an amazing group of people!! ALWAYS kind and patient!! From the second we arrive until we leave they are accommodating and understanding, most especially patient!! BIG SHOUT OUT to Brittani Lee with her wonderful warm welcome every time we arrive! Also Dr’s Smith and Gillespie as well as Erica Alvarez are wonderful!!! Thank you all for your help!!! I HIGHLY recommend this team without reserve!!!!!
