Disappointed. Charging $150 for visit and adjustment. Paperwork registration was excessive and repetitious.
The staff at Queen city ENT is very professional, amiable, and courteous. Audiologist Dr. Lynn High, who always makes the patient feel “at home”, gives clear instructions on everything one needs to know about one’s hearing aids.
Dr. Lukacs is great! He is very smart and gentle, puts you at ease during difficult procedures, and explains everything clearly. He listens carefully to your concerns. He refers you to good supporting doctors and therapists for evaluation and treatment and then follows up. He is also fun and interesting to talk with. His staff are friendly and helpful, always positive.
Excellent care. Knowledgeable professional service from front desk to medical care. Highly recommend this practice.
