it has very friend staff and great service!! I had just had a horrible experience at the Springfield Bicycle Co...and wish I had simply come to Queen City Cycle first!!! They not only had better quality bikes -but the staff was extremely nice, knowledgeable, and very helpful.
I am from France and when I called these guys about replacement parts for my 35 year old bike that was ALL Original,they told me that I didn't know what I was talking about!I definitly wouldn't shop there.The chances of these guys knowing how to air up your tires are pretty slim!
