i took my car here for an insurance repair for a collision around one of my headlights, it took a while but the work came back good. a few months later my headlights all stopped working, a different shop said it looked like a bad repair to the wiring so i took it back here. turns out i just had a bunch of flimsy and worn out ground straps that were causing electrical issues. the people here were great about communicating what they were doing and what was wrong, and now my car is running better than it has in a year. i'm very... read more
This body shop is one of the best I have ever had to use. They are fair hardworking and on time. Very reliable and terrific work. Their people are very exceptional.

Great service and customer service
Richard and the Queen City Body Shop crew did an amazing job! From being professional and punctual, to constantly providing me with updates on the progress being made on my Lowe's van. This was a job well done and I will continue to work with them in the coming years.
