They sold me a rusted car, the latch to the hood is broken I found out cause the hood flew up. No transmission fluid needs. A tun up just all around horrible car and the owner is very disrespectful they lie to you about everything about the car. They will be hearing from my lawyer and I will be contacting the news to expose this horrible dealership. And they refused to trade the car or fix the problem.
Great cars and customer service. I haven't had an issue. My brother will be going next week. I'm a happy camper.
MY MONETARY LOSS: $9,056+. I have left messages for Mohammed to contact me regarding the issues that I have been having with this car from day one. Nothing. The car is parked and has not been driven since around May 9th. They're talking about I may need a to have the engie rebuilt!
I spent 2 days for almost a total of 8 hours in this place. I was approved for my loan and agreed to terms, but at the last minute the "manager" pulled the salesman outside. When the salesman came back we started working with another finance company. I now had a higher interest rate, longer terms and was for a higher amount. I was told the price advertised was more than what the price was they had in the system. Needless to say i left without a vehicle. .. i believe castration would be a more pleasurable experience.
If you ever need great service and an amazing car go to queen city auto sales! They are amazing and very helpful. All the cars are in tip top shape and the staff is awesome. They are always determined to find a car that meets all your needs. I highly recommend this dealer to everyone.
While driving the car home I noticed that the car was hesitating and that there was a smell of gas/oil. I called them immediately and was told I was paranoid and the smell was due to car sitting in back of dealership. Within the same week the car was shaking and big clouds of white smoke were coming out the back. They sent me to the guy who works on all their cars and told me he would fix the car.
