I had a great time at the poetry slam. I highly recommend Queen Bee's.
Okay to be totally honest, I have never been here, but my band have been invited to play and they are a total scam for live musicians. The reason is that to play here you have to sell tickets, which is totally normal. But the catch is that they make the band playing buy at least 30 tickets, which is 450 bucks, and sell them as a prerequisite to being able to play.
