I called Jennifer a very last minute . From the very beginning of our conversation, she was honest with me, patient (I'm a bit of an annoying customer with a bunch of questions). She gave me a great sense of confidence and dispelled my feelings of anxiety about my paperwork. Plus thanks to her professionalism, my issue was resolved in the shortest possible time(3 or maybe 4 times faster than other companies been offering me). I can't put into words how grateful I am!

Just scheduled the appointment with Jennifer who later told me that she will pass on my job because she didn’t like the tone of me explaining where the parking is. I have an accent and I was just trying to speak slowly :(
