Would not come back again, the lady I had was overall lazy. Made me bleed 2 times with the drill, shaped my nails unevenly, didn’t even try with the design, and she would not redo the nails. Money went down the drain.
Best nail salon in Lowell. Been going here for years. Everyone is so nice and place is super clean.
I made an appointment by phone with Emi, I arrived on time and she was seeing someone, I waited for her to finish so I could see me. I waited another 30 minutes and she came to tell me that she couldn't see me because it was late and she was busy and said she couldn't schedule another appointment for me. I have never seen such a lack of education and professionalism. I do not recommend this place to anyone.
