Worst Experience - Premium price for rushed work, missed checklist items, and an exhausting re-clean process. We booked Bumble Bee’s Move-In cleaning service – their most expensive and supposedly comprehensive package – expecting a complete, detailed reset of our new home. Team was early, but did a lovely job.
Lovely work, as always! Floors vacuumed and mopped, bathrooms refreshed, towels beautifully origamied!
They did a thorough job and did a walk through with me to make sure the cleaning was complete.
Unfortunately, the service was not great and I attempted to work with the company to come to a fair resolve, but they have delayed any additional communication; so it felt right to make a review. We hired Bumble Bee Cleaning for a "deep clean" as we are expecting our first child and thought it would be nice to have everything deep cleaned before the chaos. While booking was very easy, on the day of cleaning, the cleaners came 15 minutes late (which is fine), and I was available the whole time with Google Translate available ... read more
