I have personally been present 4 times when the ladies have come to clean the house. The ladies are in general very thorough and attentive to details. The last time they came there were only two cleaners, and I felt like the usual attention to detail was missing.
Appreciate the thoroughness of the crew. They are self guided and need little or no direction. Arrived on time and completed the job to our great satisfaction. This was the 4th time we hired Queen Bee for a deep clean service. We have never had a complaint.
Every time Queen Bee cleans our house I'm surprised at how much they do. The first time I used them, in addition to cleaning everything top to bottom, literally, they also dumped every trash can, emptied the baby diaper genie, and even folded all the toilet paper rolls into little triangles just like in a hotel. This time, they did all that again, and surprised me by washing all the pots and pans I hadn't gotten to, by hand, and changing the sheets on my bed that I'd been procrastinating on. The cleaners did a great job cleaning my very messy kitchen. They arrived on time and worked steadily throughout their service. My one critique is that they spent quite a bit of time "organizing" rather than "cleaning" and I wished they would have focused on the cleaning so that they would have had time to move onto other rooms.
Wow!! Exceptionally great job this time, and that's really saying something considering how amazing you guys are. I couldn't believe the attention to detail the crew showed! I continue to be amazed by the great job the Queen Bee crews do, and I couldn't be happier. Thank you so much!!
I usually tidy up a bit before the Queen Bee crew come by, but I forgot they were coming that day. The house was a wreck! There were toys strewn about, piles of dirty dishes around the kitchen, and mounds of clothes everywhere. It was a wonderful surprise to come home to a clean and organized house. Thank you so much for making my life a bit easier!
