I came to this location because it stays open later than the other beauty supply stores in the area. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The store was extremely cluttered, with packs of hair scattered all over the floor, making it difficult to walk around the store or find what I needed. I had a very disappointing experience at Queen Bee Beauty Supply. The customer service was terrible. I asked an employee whether they carried any hair gels with black pigment, and instead of helping me, she responded with, "How am I supposed to know?" As someone working in a beauty supply store, especially one that serves customers looking for hair care products, I would expect staff to have at least basic knowledge of the products they sell. The store itself is small and limited. Customer service🤦. I came here originally for braiding hair. I saw they have braiders and my next set of braids I booked with them. Zero time management. I walked in and they were all busy. I was told to have a seat and that the other person's hair would be quick. I was seen over an hour and a half past my appointment time.
