The store itself is small and limited. Customer service🤦. I came here originally for braiding hair. I saw they have braiders and my next set of braids I booked with them. Zero time management. I walked in and they were all busy. I was told to have a seat and that the other person's hair would be quick. I was seen over an hour and a half past my appointment time. I used to love this place. I go to Miss Susie on 208 normally, but on this particular Sunday, I was told to go to the Stafford location because they would be open when I got there. I asked how much I was not given a price when I was done she tried to charge me $275 for my hair my hair parts were huge and uneven And when I questioned it, they told me to pay 250. I don’t think this was worth 250 either needless to say I will never go back to these people’s chair as they tried to rip me off. Picture posted
