RecommendedBeen coming to Queen automotive for years. Always fair and honest work. I live in Columbus and drive here only place works on my vechicles
We were customers a few years back and never had any issues, were always treated fairly and got great pricing snd service. However, called today for an estimate of a repair and was on hold for 10 minutes, with zero communication in the interim. Not good business practice, in my opinion.
Queen is the place to go when you need service on your vehicle. Reasonable prices, excellent customer service, and excellent diagnosis and repair. And they don't fix anything that isn't broken.
Queen Automotive is one of the few shops I trust. If you like fair and honest folks and great work done at a very reasonable price, Queen Automotive is the place to take your vehicle.

I have been a customer for over 10 years. I won't go anywhere else! Tim and his staff are ALWAYS helpful, friendly and do a great job. They offer reasonable prices too. Lucky to have Queen Automotive for repairs. Thank you Tim, for all the help over the years.
I will go back in a second. Reasonably priced and the staff was so nice. They didn't offer me to buy or have done more than what I came in for.
