Sorry there is no 0 rating. Atrocious service (or lack thereof). "Professional" delivery people were unable to remove existing equipment, (which was then removed by two young men in less than 10 minutes), when the washer/dryer was finally delivered by the "professionals" it was broken. It took weeks to get their approved repair people to finally come. The repair was not done correctly. Then another wait for them to return. I scheduled an appointment with Mike Tomb last weekend to purchase a new refrigerator. Before my arrival, Mike emailed me my color options, manufacturers, and available sizes for the given space. Great customer service which is not found today with references for appliance repairs should I need assistance later. I will recommend Queen Appliance and Mike to friends and relatives with satisfaction guaranteed.
I will never.... repeat.... NEVER.... purchase anything from this store again. I'll be doing everything I can to spread the word of how terrible this company is, to everyone I can reach. We were told our dishwasher would take about 3 weeks, to a month, to arrive. Worked with Bill Kuhn at KOP store and the whole team buying new kitchen appliances (Kitchenaid) and a new W/D from LG. They were so accommodating, gave great advice and even stored our appliances while our renovation was delayed. Pricing is also great. I have recommended to others and they have had a great experience as well. Rebates worked well and delivery went smooth. Well done Queen Appliance.
