RecommendedVery happy customers! We had our house painted and our deck and pergola stained a couple of weeks ago. Queen Anne is a wonderful company and everyone is very professional. The crew was always on time and each night we were updated on the work done for the day and the work projected to be done the following day. This was all done through email. Any questions we had were answered in a timely manner. With the warranty they offer, you can’t go wrong. Would highly recommend them!
Queen Anne was a dream to work with. Our foreman, Josh was as family by the time we were ready to move back in. Jennifer, our project manager was "on it" all the time. They worked well with the subs and expected and received the high level of finishes we desired. The remodel is still looked on as a great experience. I was very very pleased with Queen Ann Painting and Carpentry. I used then for exterior painting and some minor carpentry work (dry rot). Communications were excellent and everything was cleaned up every night before they left the premises. There was no mess (paint splatters, chips, damage the the shrubbery, etc.) They completed everything on the contract and they have a three year warranty so if I find anything that needs attention, they will take care of it. I highly recommend Queen An Painting And Carpentry.

This is the best paint job we've had. Good communication throughout the project; guys were there when they said they'd be there and vice versa. Good attention to detail and everything was neat and tidy throughout the project. I am very picky when it comes to painting and QAP delivered as I hoped.
Painting the exterior of a floating home is challenging, especially with the winds and intermittent rains of early April. Nonetheless, Queen Anne Painting got the job done and did it well. From the initial contact to the detailed evaluation, recommended colors, scheduling, and job completion, we were completely satisfied. Our crew was friendly, accommodating, and efficient. My wife and I had an excellent experience with the two young men who did the work. They were efficient and cleaned up after themselves upon completion of each work day. And there was no music played as they worked. They announced when they were taking breaks.
The lead carpenter, Thomas was excellent to work with. He is a skilled carpenter and was easy to communicate and problem-solve with. He arrived on-time every day. Jennifer gave us the lay of the land and was quick to respond to our questions and concerns. We are very happy with our kitchen re-model. We've already recommended QA Painting to friends and plan to work with them again for our upcoming bathroom re-model.
