STAY AWAY After multiple trips back to the body shop to have issues corrected, my car still is not right. 6 months after they replaced the headlight it went out. When I took it back to them, they said they don't cover headlights.... I took it to the dealership and they said there were fingerprints all over the bulb (a big no no). Forget these guys Had purchased a new bumper cover for girlfriends 2001 Corolla and just needed the bumper itself painted. Did not care if the colors matched exactly. Just needed a near factory color job done. Not being demanding here in request at all. Very clear situation, and should have been the easiest job ever. They demanded that I must stop by for an estimate, and also that they would not paint a bumper we bought that was not through them anyway.
Queen Anne Auto Body is AMAZING I love it, they are amazing my car looked awesome after they fixed it. Steve the owner was amazing and genuine a really nice man to do business with. The best in Seattle by far!
The best in Seattle! I've used this body shop twice in the past 5 years. Excellent work, honest, conscientious. Would recommend highly to anyone. Was highly recommended by my insurance company as well.

Don't Waste Your Time – This guy is a jerk. I got in a fender-bender with my grandmothers car last Sunday. The following day I googled several places in Ballard. It turned out that the places i had found didn't do collision repair, but were mechanic shops (i am 24, never before needed auto body work). I went to the highest rated shop first, but they were mechanics..... they recommended this guy at Queen Anne Auto Body, just up on 90th.
