the people in J31 steal from the cars in the parking lot!!! went to the property manager and they dont care!!! theyre always in and pit of the building at all hours of the night and suspicious people are always dropping stuff off to them.
Cascade is one of the worst affordable housing companies around. They should be banned from Oregon. Dev NW was a company created to protect renters from Cascade-and they never have. Being on one of their waitlists exposes one to a mindless 10 yrs of waiting for nothing. They don’t really have waitlists, but they have high school friends cherry picking ea others buildings, and living there forever, even when they are not qualified.
Place looks nice but never nice from the inside management is very shifty always looking for a reason to call somebody out on something they didn't do
