kind Of sketchy. Low income families mostly reside here and some are just a bit shady, and some aren't. Some are just trying to work their way back up the scale to live better.
No privacy. Tenants can hear you right through the walls, and floors. Which allows them to record and invade the privacy of tenants.
the people in J31 steal from the cars in the parking lot!!! went to the property manager and they dont care!!! theyre always in and pit of the building at all hours of the night and suspicious people are always dropping stuff off to them.
Sure would be nice to get a full night's sleep most nights, but due to the TWEAKERS an friends she constantly has over in J31, I'm being woken up all night (like right now 4:51), been woken up three times this evening alone. I've tried doing all the reasonable neighborly thing many times.
